Hello, my name is Wanderson Silva and I am your professional home inspector. Native from Brazil, I grew up in a military family and always wanted to fulfill my calling as an educator. After I graduated from college as Physical Educator Teacher I was relocated here to the US where I found my passion in building & construction. What quickly became a side gig, drove my desire to learn and understand the science of construction. Fast-forward to today, I get to combine my calling as an educator with my passion for construction science and a keen eye for details. Becoming a home inspector allows me to help my clients learn and understand the home they are about to purchase. I am a husband, and father, and passionate about what I do.

Although I’m based in Martinsburg, I’m a Certified Professional Inspector® and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors®, licensed and certified to serve the 4 State regions of WV, MD, VA & PA.
